TUFFY dunnage bags provide cost-effective protection for your cargo. They are easy to use and inflate quickly to stabilize your cargo and protect it from load shifting during transit. This helps reduce damage to cargo and lowers damage claims on shipments. These airbags have a high burst strength and are chemical resistant and waterproof. They can be used for over the road trucks, overseas containers, rail boxcars, and intermodal rail.

They are manufactured with high strength woven polypropylene, which protects the inner bladder. This creates a lightweight, durable solution for vibrations, shifting, and voids between pallets on your shipments. The two-way locking valve makes for easy inflation and deflation of the bags and the valve works with all of our inflators and portable inflators.


36 inch wide bags work for voids up to 14 inches, 40 inch bags are for voids up to 16 inches, and 48 inch bags are for voids up to 18 inches. All size dunnage bags work for intermodal voids up to 12 inches.
